We collect what it takes to make your order. Nothing more.
What we collect
When you order, request a quote, or shop a team store, we collect the details needed to produce and deliver the work: your name, email, shipping address, order contents, sizes, and any personalization text (a player name or number, engraving text). Custom-order requests also include the artwork you upload and your notes. We do not collect more than the order needs, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
Payments
Store and team-store purchases check out through Shopify; custom-order deposits are paid through Stripe. Card numbers are entered on their secure checkout pages and are never stored on our servers. Both processors publish their own privacy policies covering the payment data they handle.
Cookies
We use a cart cookie so your cart follows you between pages, and — on password-protected team stores — a cookie that remembers the store password you entered. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
We email you about your own orders: quotes, deposit links, proofs, and shipping. Team-store and custom-order emails come from Valor Thread Co.. We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it, and you can reply to any message to reach a person.
Retention and your rights
Order records are kept as long as needed for production, warranty, accounting, and tax purposes. Artwork and mockups for custom orders are retained so reorders match. To access, correct, or delete your information, email sales@valorthreadcompany.comfrom the address on the order and we'll take care of it.
